Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Manan LLC, doing business as Gyrus Systems, for the GyrusAim qualification and certification tracking and training platform. The requirement includes proprietary software licenses, source code packages, and certified OEM technical support for implementation and sustainment in the Government's IL5 environment. The notice states that Manan LLC is the sole owner and OEM and that no other known source can provide the required proprietary materials and authorized support. This is a notice of intent to sole-source, not a request for quotes. Interested parties may submit evidence of their capability and explain why competition would benefit the Government; the agency will use responses only to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
