Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command is seeking eligible small businesses to perform maintenance dredging within the North Side (Wharf N) of Reserve Basin and the Schuylkill River Access Channel at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The project involves approximately 96,611 cubic yards of sediment, removed with a sealed environmental clamshell bucket. Dredging must achieve a minimum depth of -30 MLLW and a maximum over-dredge depth of -32 MLLW to support safe vessel movement and the decommissioning of naval vessels. The solicitation package includes technical specifications, plans, a bid schedule, a Small Business Subcontracting Plan template, wage determinations, environmental and material-acceptance documentation, and PIEE vendor-access instructions. Amendment 0004 changes the response deadline to January 15, 2027, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and adds specified DFARS clauses.
