Description
Sourcewell, Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, and participating public-sector associations are seeking proposals for uncrewed systems, operations and management software, professional services, and managed services. Proposers must select one primary lot from six available lots, and proposals may address equipment, products, services, and delivery through distributors, dealers, resellers, or subcontractors. The resulting master agreements are intended for use by participating governmental, education, nonprofit, tribal, and other public agencies in Canada and the United States. The resulting contract term is four years, with up to three additional one-year extensions and possible exceptional extensions beyond seven years. Sourcewell may conduct supplemental supplier onboarding evaluations during the maximum ten-year master-agreement term and may reopen lots every six months. Negotiations may be permitted after proposal submission.
