Indigenous Services Canada is seeking Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database administration and support services on an as-needed basis through task authorizations under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services supply arrangement. The requirement is limited to qualified Tier 1 supply arrangement holders in database administration, database analysis/information management modelling, and database modelling categories and is intended to result in one contract. The procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, and only eligible Indigenous businesses may submit a bid. The proposed contract runs from award for two years, with three additional irrevocable one-year option periods, for a maximum duration of 60 months. The estimated level of effort is approximately 200 days per year per resource. The requirement has SECRET facility and personnel security requirements, SECRET personnel screening requirements, and PROTECTED B document safeguarding requirements; supply arrangement holders do not need to possess the required clearance to submit a bid. The solicitation is evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. The closing date has been extended to October 29, 2026, at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time.
