Description
The Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission is issuing RFP PRO-002 for technical assistance related to peer respite services. Addendum 2 modifies the minimum-qualifications requirement concerning reporting government funds received during the previous five years, corrects the name of Attachment 6 (References—Peer Support), revises deliverable names, percentages, and funding years in Attachment 5 (Cost Sheet), corrects a reference to Table 6.2 (Project Activities and Deliverables), and updates the reference to CCC-307 in the certification clauses. The incoming materials indicate a materially different solicitation identifier and scope from the previously recorded Peer Respite Pilot Project RFA PRO-001; the existing application-focused description and related submission details should therefore be replaced with the information supported by the incoming addendum.
