Description
Blessed Sacrament School is requesting dedicated, symmetrical, business-class fiber Internet access with a minimum bandwidth of 2 Gbps and the ability to scale to 5 Gbps. The service must support static public IP addresses, an Ethernet handoff compatible with the school's existing network, a service-level agreement, 24/7 outage support, and priority response and escalation for critical outages. The school already has fiber connectivity to the building and is not requesting a new fiber build; vendors should identify any required equipment or configuration changes. Proposals must include company and contact information, a description confirming the service is dedicated and symmetrical, pricing for monthly 2 Gbps service, installation or activation charges, static IP charges, other recurring or non-recurring charges, upgrade pricing or options through 5 Gbps, available contract terms, SLA details, support and outage-escalation information, and implementation or activation timeframe. Vendors should also provide an E-Rate SPIN and identify any additional fees or requirements.
