Description
Catawba County Library System seeks e-Rate-eligible wide area network services connecting its Main Branch hub with three other branches. Bidders may provide itemized pricing for standard managed lit-fiber WAN service, dedicated Layer 2 point-to-point or multipoint Ethernet transport (including EPL or EVPL), or both options. The requested service must support transparent transport of 802.1Q VLAN tags and customer-directed Layer 2 control protocols without stripping, altering, terminating, or routing the traffic at Layer 3. The addendum states that bids are due December 9, 2026.
