Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking 19,000 packs of open-pollinated vegetable seeds, including chilli, eggplant, yard-long bean, cucumber, pumpkin, okra, and bitter gourd. The seeds must meet specified minimum germination and purity requirements, be packed in durable moisture-resistant, properly labeled bags, and include laboratory test reports issued within one year covering germination, purity, moisture, and related quality information. The requested quantities are 7,000 packs for Gwa, 7,000 packs for Thandwe, and 5,000 packs for Kyauk Phyu in Rakhine State, Myanmar. The supplier must deliver under DAP terms within 30 days after contract signature, using covered or moisture-proof vehicles. Seeds must have at least 12 months of remaining expiration from the bid-submission date and carry a six-month warranty, including replacement within two weeks if they fail to meet the required specifications. Bidders must provide company registration, bank-account information, relevant completed agricultural-input contracts, financial-capacity evidence, a seed-package photograph, and completed quotation and technical/financial offer forms.
