The City of Allentown is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors for lead remediation, Healthy Home work, hazard remediation, and other housing rehabilitation projects. These services will be directed by City personnel in residential properties within Allentown. The RFQ aims to ensure contractors possess the necessary qualifications to perform the requested services. Once funding is secured, the City will bid out residential rehabilitation work on a rotation schedule to contractors approved through this solicitation. This qualification process will remain open for a period of 48 months, allowing contractors to submit statements at any time to be added to the pre-qualified list.
