Description
The State of Oregon, acting through ODOT's Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division, is seeking qualified providers to offer 3rd Party Commercial Driver License testing for privately owned transit providers without using a competitive process. To qualify, providers must meet several requirements, including being a privately owned business with a testing site in Oregon, maintaining a business office in Oregon, complying with all laws and regulations, having a registered business name, having an active email address and internet access, and having a certified CDL Third Party Examiner or someone seeking certification. Providers must also maintain commercial liability insurance and provide a surety bond.
