Description
The City of Crossville is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver three complete electromagnetic magnetic flowmeter systems for municipal drinking-water applications: one each for 12-inch, 20-inch, and 30-inch nominal pipe sizes. Each kit must include an in-line flow sensor, remote-mounted microprocessor-based transmitter, factory-supplied signal and coil cabling, grounding rings, and a custom-fabricated transmitter sunshield. Required cable lengths are 65 feet for the 12-inch unit and 197 feet each for the 20-inch and 30-inch units. Pricing must include prepaid freight and delivery, and bidders must state estimated delivery lead time in calendar weeks after receipt of order. Physical mounting, conduit and wiring, final terminations, and field commissioning are excluded from the equipment-supply scope. The bid packet also requires completion and submission of the pricing form, ink signatures, Title VI compliance verification, and Iran Divestment Act certification.
