The State of Texas Israel Office (STIO), established under Texas Government Code, Section 481.027, is seeking foreign trade and investment representation services. The STIO, one of four foreign offices representing Texas, aims to strengthen trade, investment, and tourism ties between Texas and Israel. The selected contractor will operate and maintain the STIO, represent Texas's interests in Israel, develop economic development strategies, facilitate meetings with leaders, and generate measurable results from trade and investment events. Services include assisting Texas businesses with export promotion, providing technical assistance, and organizing trade and investment missions. The contract term is from the effective date through August 31, 2027, with potential for three additional 12-month renewals and a possible six-month extension.
