Description
Henderson County Public Library District is seeking bids or proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission services with capacity from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps, along with any Category One network equipment necessary to make the connection functional. Installation and initial configuration are indicated for both service requests. Proposals must identify the proposed service solution type, applicable eligible monthly recurring taxes, fees, and other charges, and clearly separate eligible and ineligible products, services, and costs. Respondents must provide a Service Provider Identification Number, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification, include a scope of work for any installation services, identify a bidder contact, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. One-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the required service start date is July 1, 2027.
