Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 11 feet of rectangular carbon-steel tubing, NSN 4710-01-244-4487. The tubing must be 3 by 5 inches, have a 0.312-inch wall thickness, be supplied in random lengths from 12 through 24 feet, and be Grade B, welded or seamless, in accordance with ASTM A500-03A. The requirement includes applicable DLA packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, and domestic-material requirements. The quotation is for a supply item with delivery required within 20 days after award, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation states that full and open competition applies and that quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
