Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for four cases of 1,000 black, large, powder-free nitrile patient examination gloves. The gloves must be chlorinated, silicone-free, fully textured, antistatic, non-foaming, have beaded cuffs, measure 245 mm in length, and meet specified palm and finger thickness requirements. They must resist fentanyl and gastric acid for more than 240 minutes and comply with applicable FDA requirements. The supplies must have a non-extendable 60-month shelf life, with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The vendor must specify the source and part number, provide technical data for any alternate product, and comply with medical marking, commercial packaging, palletization, inspection, and destination-delivery requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of the order to Fort Wainwright, Alaska.
