The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking a firm-fixed-price proposal to repair 70 units of NSN 7RH 1680 016223099 V2 control assemblies, returning them to Ready for Issue condition. The work includes inspection, component repair and replacement, reassembly, testing, upgrades, and acceptance. The contractor must provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, test equipment, storage, and quality-control processes; repairs must follow applicable OEM manuals, drawings, and approved procedures. The contractor is responsible for supplying required parts and materials unless Government Furnished Material is identified. The Government may order any quantity up to the initial maximum and requests option pricing for up to 120 total units over the contract period. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from award, with a Government option to extend it by another 365 days. The requirement is flight-critical and limited to approved sources or sources that obtain Government engineering approval. Offerors must identify the repair source and actual performance location, maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100-equivalent quality controls, and submit a proposal containing firm-fixed pricing. The solicitation also requires compliance with specified inspection, configuration-management, packaging, marking, material-control, and repair-documentation requirements.
