Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to develop a standardized, competency-based training module on digital legal aid services and deliver related capacity-building activities. The scope includes training-needs assessment; development of facilitator guides, presentations, exercises, case studies, assessment tools, and other learning materials; integration of gender equality, disability and social inclusion, safeguarding, accessibility, and Leave No One Behind principles; and preparation of a training implementation plan. The consultant will conduct national and district-level training sessions, including training-of-trainers and refresher sessions, perform pre- and post-training assessments, prepare training completion reports and participant data, revise materials based on feedback, and submit a consolidated package of finalized training materials and knowledge products. The assignment requires 100 working days over eight months, with deliverables covering an inception report and needs assessment, training-module development, multiple training batches, and a final report. A master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and experience conducting at least five legal-aid training batches are required.
