Description
The City of Long Beach is soliciting bids for construction of the Downtown Walkable Corners Project No. R-7276. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work. The complete solicitation package includes specifications, a plan set, seller guidance, and two addenda. Addendum No. 1 revises bid items 91 and 93; Addendum No. 2 revises Division F, Division L, plans, and bid items, including quantity, unit-of-measure, and an added item. The bid includes 188 line items, including mobilization and demobilization, scheduling, traffic control, stormwater protection, and construction staking. A mandatory pre-bid conference was held virtually through Microsoft Teams on October 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time; prospective bidders must attend or their bids will be rejected. Electronic quotes are permitted.
