Description
Weber Human Services is seeking an AI-assisted clinical note writing system to support behavioral health documentation. The solution should produce clinically appropriate notes that accurately capture interventions, client response, progress, and plans without excessive medicalization or unsupported inference, while reducing clinician documentation burden and allowing notes to be reviewed and edited before approval. Evaluation criteria include behavioral health documentation quality, ease of use and clinician workflow, integration with the organization's existing EHR and workflow, API or interface capabilities, HIPAA compliance, Business Associate Agreement availability, 42 CFR Part 2 considerations, encryption, data-retention and access controls, handling of recordings and transcripts, implementation assistance, training, ongoing technical support, relevant experience with similarly sized behavioral health organizations, and overall cost and value. Proposals will be rated from 1 to 5 against weighted criteria, with documentation quality weighted at 25%, workflow at 20%, privacy and regulatory compliance at 20%, EHR integration at 15%, implementation and support at 10%, and cost/value at 10%.
