Letterkenny Army Depot intends to award a sole-source hybrid firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials requirements contract for evaluation, recapitalization, and repair of Switch Multiplexer Units (SMUs) and stand-alone Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). Work includes inspection, cleaning, component replacement, configuration updates, software loading, testing, packaging, and restoration of assets to working condition code A. The contractor must also perform repairs over and above recapitalization requirements, provide replacement card extractors where required, maintain asset and material records, and support Government-furnished equipment and materials. Services will be performed at the contractor's own facility. Required deliverables include a Quality Control Plan, test data sheets for each recapitalized or repaired SMU, and a 90-day warranty for each recapitalized or repaired asset. The contract has a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods, with a stated performance period from November 2, 2026, through November 1, 2029. The notice identifies General Dynamics Mission Systems as the intended sole-source contractor because the Government does not possess the proprietary technical data package.
