The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is requesting 35 cubic yards of 4,000 PSI commercial straight cement with 1.5 pounds of fiber reinforcement per cubic yard. The price is to be quoted per cubic yard, and the concrete is to be delivered to the Crow Creek Public Boat Ramp. Pouring is not included; agency staff will perform the work. The quote must also include fiber reinforcement priced per pound, an environmental fee priced per truckload (estimated at four loads), and a fuel surcharge (estimated at four loads). The solicitation is all-or-none, and the materials are needed by November 20, 2026.
