Description
The City of Council is seeking qualifications from firms to provide planning services for development of a Master Plan for Council Municipal Airport. The anticipated five-year engagement may include multiple planning projects and must comply with Federal Aviation Administration requirements and regulations because projects may be funded in part by the FAA. Proposals will be evaluated based on the qualifications of the project manager and team, capability to perform all project aspects, and ability to meet schedules and budgets. The solicitation is identified as a Request for Quote/Qualifications (RFQ) and is governed by Idaho Code Section 67-2320.
