The Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) is soliciting innovative commercial items, technologies, and services to optimize its Civil Engineer (CE) IT portfolio and strengthen systems for global operations. This initiative aims to improve project outcomes by integrating data-driven insights, market intelligence, and advanced analytics to enhance IT acquisition, cybersecurity, and overall IT resource management. The goal is to foster a culture of innovation, ensure IT investments align with strategic priorities, and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions for Airmen and other stakeholders. Successful solutions may be selected for prototyping, testing, demonstration, and deployment. The scope includes IT portfolio application rationalization, cost reduction, enhanced governance, enterprise visibility of IT investments, and fostering innovation through AI/ML capabilities. The solutions will involve systems such as NexGen IT, ARIS, FES-IMS, GEOMAP, EODIMS, EESOH-MIS, TaMIS, and CE Portal SharePoint. Vendors are expected to be cleared for Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmental Information.
