The Department of Veterans Affairs is temporarily suspending RFQ No. 36C26127Q0029 because of a design change. No quotes will be accepted until revised solicitation documents are posted, and quotes submitted using outdated documents will not be considered. The agency states that another amendment with the revised RFQ due date and revised solicitation documents will be posted by December 4, 2026; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged unless subsequently amended. The underlying requirement is a firm-fixed-price construction project for a 2,500-square-foot modular MRI and CT imaging facility. The scope includes site preparation and demolition, foundations, modular building construction, an ADA-compliant walkway, utility work, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, security, fire alarm, landscaping, commissioning, testing, inspections, infection-control measures, and integration with the existing healthcare campus.
