Description
The Royal Bahamas Defence Force is seeking a contractor to comprehensively repair, refurbish, modernize, and upgrade patrol vessel P-49, a 48-foot Sea-Ark 4014-V Dauntless patrol vessel. The work is intended to restore the vessel to a safe, reliable, operational, and mission-ready condition and includes inspection and correction of additional defects identified during the work. The scope covers hull, deck, structural, wheelhouse, steering, fuel, bilge, electrical, propulsion, generator, accommodation, galley, sanitation, monitoring, alarm, fire, and safety systems. It also requires upgraded marine navigation and communications equipment, including radar, electronic charting, VHF and HF radios, AIS, GPS, satellite communications capability, antennas, cabling, networking, and helm integration. Equipment must be marine-grade, and the contractor must perform testing, commissioning, alignment, load testing, leak testing, and provide updated electrical schematics where specified. The solicitation requires a proposal, business license or applicable corporate documentation, and tax compliance documentation, all in PDF format.
