Description
The City of Thunder Bay is requesting quotations for secure on-site shredding services, including all required labor, mobile shredding vehicles, equipment, secure containers, and materials. The scope covers the destruction and recycling of designated corporate records and non-paper media at City pickup locations. Off-site destruction of unshredded City material is prohibited; vendors must use purpose-built mobile shredding vehicles and pierce-and-tear or cross-cut technology that makes information unreadable and incapable of reconstruction. Bidders must provide a current PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance for Service Providers where applicable, demonstrate at least one comparable municipal, government, or institutional client served within the past five years, complete the relevant-experience and vehicle-confirmation tables, and submit the City's signed confidentiality agreement. Submissions are made electronically through the bidding system.
