Description
Toronto Metropolitan University is conducting a Request for Information to collect self-identifications and attestations from suppliers that meet the definition of an Ontario Business under Ontario Regulation 422/23 and the Building Ontario Business Initiative Act, 2022. The information will help the University identify Ontario businesses when requesting quotes for future goods and services. This RFI does not prequalify suppliers, is not mandatory for participation in future University dealings, and does not require a monetary quote. Suppliers must submit their attestation electronically through the designated Supplier Attestation portal. The RFI is intended to remain open indefinitely, and the University may use the information for general procurement-planning purposes without committing to a subsequent competitive procurement.
