Description
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is establishing contracts for eligible purchasers to buy new and used commercial kitchen equipment, materials, supplies, parts, accessories, and components through awarded vendors’ catalogs. The scope includes equipment categories such as refrigeration and freezers, warewashing and disposal equipment, ovens, ranges, fryers, food warmers, shelving, slicers, steam equipment, microwaves, mixers, ice machines, transport carts, and stainless-steel products. Products must meet applicable safety, sanitation, and environmental requirements, including specified certifications and standards where applicable. The contracts also cover delivery, installation, appliance removal and disposal, project consultation, and related services. Bidders may compete for statewide or regional awards; the solicitation anticipates up to two statewide main awards and one reserved award in each of six regions. Bids must include the completed bidder certification and pricing workbook; the subcontractor inclusion plan is required only when the bidder intends to use subcontractors. The contract term is 36 months, with a performance-based extension of up to 24 additional months.
