Description
The Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council (BFWDC) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for WIOA Youth Services. The RFI seeks input from organizations with demonstrated expertise in delivering youth services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The program primarily operates at the TC Futures facility (825 N. Edison Street, Kennewick, WA) and WorkSource Columbia Basin (815 N. Kellogg Street, Kennewick, WA). BFWDC aims to gather information on best practices, innovative service delivery approaches, and strategies to improve outcomes for youth participants and employers. Key areas of interest include efficient case management, delivery of all fourteen WIOA youth program elements, career services and training alignment, employer engagement and work-based learning, partnerships and resource leveraging, cost efficiency and fiscal responsibility, performance and accountability, equal opportunity and access, and organizational capacity. The RFI is for information gathering only and does not constitute a formal solicitation.
