Description
The MRC du Rocher-Percé is soliciting professional services to create, document, and disseminate an inventory of built heritage. The procurement is conducted through an open competitive process, and bidders must comply with the requirements in the contract documents. The estimated contract period is 12 months. Only bidders with an establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a trade-liberalization agreement are eligible. Complete solicitation documents must be obtained through the SEAO electronic tendering system; the notice states that only documents specifically required by the solicitation should be submitted.
