The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking proposals to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for statewide books, publications, and materials. This initiative aims to streamline the procurement process, foster competition, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of products to various state agencies across Missouri. The QVL will allow state agencies to request quotes from pre-qualified vendors for their specific needs.
