Description
Pine Eagle School District 61 is soliciting proposals for Category 1 telecommunications services supporting educational, administrative, and emergency communications. The scope includes dedicated internet access with capacity options from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps and leased lit-fiber WAN transport services at 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps between the district office, Agriculture Barn, and Bus Barn. Installation, non-recurring installation, and potential special-construction charges must be addressed in the cost proposal. Proposers must complete the buyer-provided Attachment A Cost Proposal Form, provide pricing for 3-year and 5-year terms where specified, comply with applicable Oregon procurement laws and Schools and Libraries program requirements, and maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Proposals must be straightforward, relevant to the requested services, and free of excessive marketing material. Proposals are not accepted by email and must use the submission method identified in the RFP document, which is not included in the provided materials.
