Description
The County of San Diego Department of Public Works is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide as-needed professional environmental services and technical support for Federal Highway Administration- and Housing and Urban Development-funded projects. The County anticipates awarding up to two contracts, with specific work issued through negotiated task orders and no guaranteed task-order volume. Services may include CEQA and NEPA documents; environmental impact studies; air quality and greenhouse-gas analysis; archaeological, cultural, biological, hazardous-materials, noise, traffic, visual-resource, water-quality, and engineering studies; landscape architecture; mitigation and monitoring; community engagement; sustainability and environmental-justice support; environmental permitting; and, when required, site restoration and planting work. Engineering design services may be subcontracted to California-licensed professional engineers. The addendum increases the total SOQ limit from 90 to 100 pages, including the SF330, Exhibit 2—Program/Technical Exhibit, and Section H—Additional Information; covers and section dividers are excluded. It clarifies that up to five project examples may be provided for each applicable section, with no more than 15 total examples, and that the same examples may be repeated. The addendum also confirms that handwritten signatures are required and electronic or digital signatures are not accepted, 11-by-17-inch pages are prohibited, and questions must be submitted through BuyNet Discussions.
