Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply for placement on a Quick Response Tender (QRT) source list for civil construction work required by the Department of National Defence at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The source list will be valid for three years from establishment. Contractors may apply at any time, but early submission is encouraged, preferably by March 10, 2026. Projects under this source list may have an estimated value up to $500,000. Security clearances may be required for individual tenders, typically Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and reliability status, but could include Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at SECRET level. Performance evaluations will be conducted, and poor scores may result in removal from the source list.
