Description
Northern Valley Regional High School District Consortium is requesting proposals for maintenance and operations of its self-provisioned dark fiber network. The scope includes routine maintenance and inspection, unscheduled break/fix maintenance, emergency fiber restoration, a complete annual network ride-out with a report and repair estimates, and 24/7/365 monitoring and response. The provider must respond to reported malfunctions within two hours and proceed with corrective work diligently. The requested contract has a 12-month base term with up to four one-year renewals. Proposals must include standard contract terms and conditions, applicable taxes and charges, required overtime, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday hourly rates, and information about eligibility under the New Jersey State Wiring Contract T-2989 or another recognized cooperative purchasing arrangement. Respondents may use third-party subcontractors but remain responsible for managing the subcontract and meeting the service-level requirements. The signed and dated specification document must accompany the bid, along with both versions of the bid and a valid Service Provider Identification Number.
