Description
The City of Los Angeles is soliciting bids for two new, unused 2026 Ford Transit T-350 extended-length, high-roof cargo vans with all-wheel drive, dual rear wheels, an 11,000-pound GVWR, and specified factory features. Each vehicle must include emergency-response equipment, sirens and lighting, law-enforcement communications wiring and antenna installation, custom electrical and power systems, cabinetry, gun-rack storage, HVAC modifications, interior liners, work-area lighting, fueling data equipment, licensing, registration, warranty coverage, and delivery-ready assembly. The specifications require use of West Coast Light and Siren, Inc. for emergency-response electrical and lighting work and American Camper Upfitter, Inc. for specified rear air-conditioning and wall-liner customization. The bidder must submit the completed quotation package and required City forms electronically through the Los Angeles Vendor Self Service website. Delivery of the completed vehicles is required no later than May 31, 2027, to the LAPD Motor Transport Division in Los Angeles.
