Description
Sherman County School District is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers for dedicated, symmetrical high-speed Internet access supporting instructional, administrative, and operational needs. Requested pricing covers 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps capacity, dedicated/static IP addressing, IPv4 and IPv6 routing, BGP with multiple autonomous systems, DDoS mitigation, specified peering capabilities, and compliance with applicable E-Rate and national-security requirements. Proposals must include service-level commitments for availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, outage response, restoration, monitoring, escalation, and service credits. The scope may include new fiber special construction, permitting, pathway and conduit installation, fiber routing, demarcation, testing, restoration, labeling, and electronic as-built documentation. Proposers must provide a network diagram, detailed fiber pathway map, implementation timeline, sample contract, three relevant customer references from the past five years, and completed pricing and certification attachments. The District requests pricing for 36-, 60-, and 120-month service terms, with five optional one-year voluntary extensions; special construction proposals must include the required worksheet and cost-allocation information.
