Pine Eagle School District 61 is soliciting proposals for two Category 1 services: dedicated Internet access with capacity from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, and standalone data transmission/WAN transport services with capacity from 500 Mbps to 2 Gbps. The services will support classroom instruction, district administration, and emergency communications for three eligible entities. Installation and initial configuration are required. Proposers must comply with applicable Oregon procurement laws and Schools and Libraries Division requirements, maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), and submit a straightforward proposal without excessive marketing material. Proposals submitted late, by email, or without required compliance may be disqualified.
