The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Caribbean District is soliciting a single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for comprehensive quality assurance services supporting Civil Works, International and Interagency Services, and Military Construction projects in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Work includes monitoring compliance with plans and specifications, reviewing engineering submittals and technical reports, conducting field inspections of dams, levees, berms, cutoff walls, pump stations, flood-control gates, and electrical systems, and performing certified soil, concrete, and water sampling and laboratory testing. The contractor must also provide daily safety monitoring and prepare daily quality assurance inspection reports. The contract is a total small-business set-aside with a one-year base period, four 12-month option periods, and one six-month option period, for a maximum ordering period of five years and six months. The maximum program capacity is $35 million over the contract life.
