Description
Natural Resources Canada is seeking legal survey services for artificial boundaries on Gwich'in lands in the Northwest Territories. The contractor must prepare either a Plan of Survey or Compiled Plan, together with associated Field Notes of Survey, suitable for registration at the Land Titles Office. The proposed contract period runs from contract issuance through March 31, 2028, with an estimated 16-month duration and proposed start date of December 1, 2026. The estimated value is CAD 1.5 million, excluding taxes. The procurement will use competitive selective tendering, with selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
