Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting a turnkey hybrid solar photovoltaic solution for its Havana office. The scope includes design, supply, transport, site preparation, civil and electrical works, installation, integration with the local electrical distribution system, the existing solar system, and the diesel generator, factory and user acceptance testing, commissioning, training, technical documentation, and a six-month stabilization period. The system must include a 72 kWp photovoltaic array, at least 500 kWh of usable lithium-ion battery storage, a minimum continuous battery-inverter output of 100 kW, intelligent energy management, remote monitoring, electrical protections, mounting structures, cabling, transformers, spare parts, and a climate-controlled technical container with fire detection, alarm, and automatic suppression. The contractor must provide preventive and corrective maintenance, local or remote technical support, continuous online monitoring, and related after-sales services for three years. The solution must be designed for Havana's humid, coastal, hurricane-prone environment and include required technical documentation, certifications, preliminary designs, single-line diagrams, energy-production forecasts, risk mitigation planning, and compliance evidence.
