Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Rock Island, on behalf of Headquarters, Army Sustainment Command, is seeking a firm-fixed-price, brand-name Ultralytics commercial software license. The license must support up to two developers using YOLO models with up to five concurrent real-time camera or sensor feeds, including development, testing, deployment, low-latency object detection, standard COCO classes, custom-trained classes, and closed-source proprietary applications without open-source copyleft obligations. The license must include commercial software updates, patches, and technical developer support for a 12-month period, with electronic license fulfillment within 10 business days after award. Vendors must provide pricing, company information, proof of manufacturer or authorized-reseller status, a technical compliance description, applicable representations and certifications or confirmation of active registration, and any proposed commercial EULA terms. The requirement is unrestricted but brand-name only, and award is based on technical acceptability, price, and responsibility.
