Description
The Citadel is soliciting offers from an authorized Medeco distributor for a term contract covering high-security Medeco Biaxial cylinders, key blanks, locks, latches, housing assemblies, tailpieces, pins, springs, spring covers, mounting hardware, and related commercial door hardware from Medeco, Dorma, LCN, Norton, Russwin, Arrow, Schlage, Corbin, Sargent, and Hager. Products must be new; Medeco cylinders and accessories must be supplied sub-assembled with no keying required, and the solicitation includes specified unit-price line items and estimated quantities. The initial contract period is one year with four additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum five-year period. Only authorized Medeco distributors may submit offers for Lot 1, and written proof of authorization will be required from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Award will be made to one offeror based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
