Description
Huntington School District 16J is requesting proposals for fully managed, leased lit fiber transport between designated district endpoints to provide wide area network services and unbundled internet access. The service must provide dedicated symmetrical bandwidth beginning at 1 Gbps, be scalable from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, and include service-level commitments for 99.99% network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, outage response, and restoration. Proposers must provide pricing for three-year and five-year service terms, with five optional one-year voluntary extensions, and must address potential additional sites, bandwidth increases, early circuit termination, and future site additions. The scope may include special construction, permitting, fiber pathway design, installation, demarcation, network diagrams, route diversity, as-built documentation, and related non-recurring costs. Proposals must include a service description, SLA, implementation timeline, network diagram and fiber pathway map, sample contract, three recent customer references, and the required pricing and certification attachments. Proposers must be registered telecommunications service providers with a USAC-issued 498 ID/SPIN and comply with applicable E-Rate, Oregon procurement, and national-security requirements.
