Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for radio frequency amplifiers, NSN 5996-01-557-5337, part number DB-5601, CAGE code 0R8S6. The contract covers one contract line item with an estimated annual demand quantity of 50 units and requires pricing across quantity ranges of 1-5, 6-12, 13-25, and 26-50 units for three base years and two option years. Supplies must be manufactured to the stated specifications, packaged and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-2073, and physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130. The anticipated contract structure is a three-year base period with two one-year option periods, for a total of five years. The contract has a minimum value of $548,015 and a maximum value of $41,101,125. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Offerors must submit pricing using the provided pricing spreadsheet and price-evaluation matrix, with unit prices quoted FOB origin. The solicitation also includes a proposal adequacy checklist and requirements concerning cost or pricing data, subcontracting disclosures, and electronic submission of the cost portion of the proposal.
