Description
Pine Eagle School District 61 is soliciting proposals for two services: dedicated internet access and fully managed leased lit-fiber WAN transport. The requested services include scalable bandwidth, dedicated and symmetrical point-to-point connectivity between district locations, installation and initial configuration, service monitoring and support, and service-level commitments including 99.99% network availability, packet-loss, latency, jitter, outage-response, and restoration targets. Proposers may bid on one or both services. The proposal must address the proposed network design, logical network diagram, detailed geographic fiber pathway map, routing diversity, demarcation, implementation timeline, SLA, sample contract, references, and pricing. If applicable, proposers must separately price special construction, design and engineering, project management, and related non-recurring costs. The district requests pricing for 36-month and 60-month service terms and requires willingness to provide five optional one-year voluntary extensions. Proposers must be registered with USAC and maintain a valid SPIN, comply with E-Rate and applicable Oregon procurement requirements, and submit the required proposal attachments and forms.
