Description
Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the collection, development, validation, and documentation of land-use forecasts for integration into the ASET Model for the Calgary region. The procurement is open to interested and capable proponents, and selection will be based on best overall value rather than necessarily the lowest cost estimate. The proposal must be submitted as two separate PDF files: Part One, the Qualification Submission, and Part Two, the Fee Proposal. Each file must be less than 10 MB. The estimated contract period is three months, with a proposed start date of November 20, 2026.
