Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management is soliciting bids to plug and restore one orphan well. The scope includes mobilization, access and well-site development, drilling or cleaning out the well, plugging, storage and disposal of generated materials, decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines, and restoration of disturbed areas. The solicitation lists required pricing for mobilization, demobilization, stone, composite road mats, site safety, secondary containment, wellhead control, three plugging phases, milling or drillout, tubing, approved cement, cement mixing and pumping, and professional mud-engineer services. Bidders must be active on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and be in good standing with the relevant division and agency projects.
