Description
The project includes approximately one mile of improvements on Las Vegas Boulevard between Flamingo Road and Spring Mountain Road, plus approximately three-quarters of a mile of improvements on Flamingo Road between I-15 and Koval Lane. Work includes pavement milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter and sidewalk reconstruction, ADA-compliant ramps, medians, bus turnouts, pedestrian protection devices, storm drainage, pavement markings, signs, landscaping and irrigation modifications, and street and landscape lighting upgrades. The work also includes traffic-signal modifications at multiple intersections, installation of smart poles and associated power and communications infrastructure, utility adjustments, and construction of a new waterline along the Las Vegas Boulevard project length to replace an existing line. The bid package includes a bid bond and subcontractor-related attachments; some preference-related and ownership documents are required only under stated conditions or after bid closing.
