The State of New Mexico General Services Department Facilities Management Division is seeking a contractor through competitive negotiations to construct a new Veterans Cemetery for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services. The project includes an approximately 2,810-square-foot, single-story building and improvements to a 15-acre site, with less than 5 acres expected to be disturbed. The scope includes extensive site work; construction of columbaria, a committal shelter, and crypt fields; perimeter gates and fences; a stormwater system; drive aisles with roundabouts; and limited landscaping. The Request for Proposal is expected to become publicly available on or about July 18, 2026.
